Why do I need an Evotech Pillion Peg Removal Kit?

The Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition will arrive from production with footpegs for a pillion rider. Should you wish to remove these, the Evotech Pillion Footpeg Removal Kit replaces the OE footpegs with precision shaped plates and replacement fittings which cover the original footpeg insertion points. The precision-shaped brackets attach to existing mounting points and are easily fitted thanks to the online step-by-step instructions.
