Shipping & Delivery

At Evotech Performance we seek to minimise your delivery costs whilst getting things to you as soon as possible. Our shipping charges are based on weight of consignment and our standard delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail (within the UK) or Royal Mail Airmail Service for international customers.

If you require a guranteed next day delivery service, there is a courier service available at extra cost (you can select at checkout). Please note that international deliveries weighing over 2Kg have to be quoted individually, please just email or call us and we will be pleased to oblige. If you require special delivery methods we will of course do our best to facilitate this. Please just pick up the phone or ask us to contact you in the appropriate box when processing your shopping cart.

Next Day Delivery

  • Monday to Thursday orders placed before 2pm will ship the same day for next day delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Fridays order by 12:00 midday for Monday delivery (excludes bank holidays)
  • Saturday and Sunday orders will be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes bank holidays)
  • Bank Holidays and weekend orders will normally be shipped next working day

As soon as your order is placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email confirming we have received your order. With credit or debit card payments, through the fully secure and renowned PROTX processing service, we will process your order straight away. If you would rather make payment or even place the complete order over the telephone, again you will receive an automatic confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed on our system.

If you have made an error in ordering or have simply had a change of heart, you can amend or cancel your order simply by calling or emailing us before you receive notification of dispatch.

Our shipping charges are based on weight of consignment and our standard delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail (within the UK) or Royal Mail Airmail Service for international customers. In the UK you can expect to receive Standard Tracked in 48 - 72 hours, or Next Working Day Delivery (which is available at an additional cost). International orders are generally received in under 6 days.
 
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
 
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, all prices will include VAT (all other orders will not be charged VAT.
 
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Evotech Performance do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns & Replacements

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Evotech Performance. However, if you wish to return or replace a product, then please carefully read the information and follow the instructions below before sending back your item.

You have the right to cancel your order without having to give a reason at any time before your goods are dispatched or within 30 days after delivery, such 30 day period beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Where your order comprises multiple delivery shipments, the 30 day cancellation period for the goods in your order begins on the day after you receive the delivery of the last shipment to you.You will have to pay the return postage, and are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods .If the product is faulty, or the wrong part, or any other reason that is our fault we will also refund the return postage costs.

In either event, please ask for advice when you wish to return anything by calling 0800 634 2801 or by emailing sales@evotech-performance.com, we will advise the best method of returning it.

If a product should develop a fault after 30 days, please contact us to discuss.

1. Please let us know why you wish to return the product.

2. If you are returning faulty goods, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement part. Please indicate which you prefer.

3. Please ensure that the goods are packed securely, and include all of the original parts, using the original packaging where possible. If necessary place in suitable extra packaging to protect the goods whilst in transit to us.

4. Please note that we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Reimbursement will be done immediately, but in any event no later than the end of the 14 days after the day on which we have received the goods back.

Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept the following payment types at checkout: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro UK, Solo, Japan Credit Bureau, Paypal Express & Bank Transfer (available to trade customers only). You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, email, or snail mail should you wish to place an order.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
