Triumph Daytona 675 2006/7/8 Tail Tidy/ Fender Eliminator
This Tail Tidy retains the original licence plate light and can be used with either the original or aftermarket indicators.
Kit Contents:
1x L/H tail tidy arm
1x R/H tail tidy arm
1x Number Plate holder
1x Spacer
2x M6x10 black button head screws
2x M4x8 CSK screws
6x Zip ties
Fitting Instructions:
1) Remove front seat.
2) Undo and remove the pillion seat-1 x bolt (under front lip)
3) Undo and remove the tail cowl-4 x bolts and 1x connector.
4) Undo and remove the plastic exhaust cover, lift up and back - 4 x bolts (8mm hex).
5) Disconnect the electrical connector from the original fender.
6) Undo and remove the original fender-4 x bolts.
7) Assemble the new tail tidy using the 2 x M4 CSK and the 2 x M6 x 10 black button head screws and spacer between arms.
8) Transfer all the electrics from the original fender to the tail tidy-zip tie cables back neatly (you may want to insulate the connectors to protect them from the elements).
9) Attach the tail tidy to the bike with the rubber anti-vibration shield in place making sure that the main electrical cable runs along the grove (using original bolts).
10) Re-connect the electrical connector.
11) Reverse steps 1. to 4.
12) Check all bolts are correctly tightened and that the electrics work correctly.
13. Re-fit registration plate.
