Budget GSXR600/750 K6-7 Tail Tidy
Evotech are now able to offer a budget version of our popular GSXR600/750 K6-K7 Tail Tidy. Unlike our top of the range model (5013), this is a simple but effective one piece constuction. AS usual it is designed specifically to be easy to fit, comes complete with fixings, has no rear licence plate light provison. No wiring issues.No cutting or modification required.( We do supply LED numberplate lights seperately, to fulfill your legal requirements, if required-see lighting section)
Kit Contents:
1x Instruction sheet
4x 6mm x 16 Black B/H screws
1x Self Adhesive Reflector small
4x 6mm washers
2x Stickers
Fitting Instructions:
1. Remove rear seat/cowl.
2. Remove front seat.
3. Remove the two screws at the very rear of the bike - located by the sides of the pillion seat hook.
4. Remove the plastic pop fasteners (10 in total) which hold the rear seat cowl together. To remove these press the centre and remove the entire fastener.
5. Unclip the cable for the pillion seat catch.
6. Unplug the connector for the indicators.
7. Remove the tail section.
8. Unplug the number plate connector.
9. Undo and remove the fender
10. Attach the tail tidy and re-assemble the bike reversing the
dismantling procedure described above.
PLEASE NOTE; This bracket is a basic numberplate bracket and has no provision for numberplate illumination. It is your responsibility to ensure that your machine is legal for road use.
