Kawasaki ZX6R 2005, ZX636 2005/6 Tail Tidy/ Fender Eliminator -Standard Indicator
This Tail Tidy uses the standard indicators and is equipped with a micro LED licence plate light
Kit Contents:
1x Instruction Sheet

1x Small Stick on Reflector

2x Male Bullet Connectors

2x Female Bullet Connectors
4x 5mm Screws/Washers
1x Spare LED Bulb
Fitting Instructions:
(Do not shorten the LED wires)
1. Remove pillion seat
2. Remove the plastic side panels below the front seat
3. Remove the front seat
4. Remove the seven screws that hold the tail section in place
5. Remove the three push-stop plugs located underneath the tail unit along the nearside flank. (To remove these press the centre and remove the entire fastener)
6. Unplug the rear light unit and remove the tail section
7. Remove the indicator side pods and the original fender
8. Transfer the indicators to the new tail tidy
9. Crimp the two terminals to the numberplate wires
10. Locate the new tail tidy and route the wires
11. Ensure that the spacers provided locate between the tail tidy and the tail section support brackets
12. Re-assemble the tail unit of the bike (reverse steps 1 to 6)
13. Test the unit for correct operation of indicators and numberplate light (if you find that the numberplate light does not work, reverse the wires - LEDS are polarity sensitive).
