Honda CBR600RR 03/04 -CBR1000RR Fireblade, 04/05 TailTidy/ Fender Eliminator
This Tail Tidy includes an LED licence plate light and will accept standard or our aftermarket indicators. CNC Machined from lightweight Aluminium, bolts directly into place using original mountings, All fittings and Instructions supplied.

Fitting Instructions:
(Do not shorten the LED wires)
1. Remove rear pillion seat/cowl.
2. Remove the front seat.
3. Remove the two screws that fasten the rear of the petrol tank cover
4. Remove the two side plastic sections - unplug the front part of the plastic and then slide it forwards.
5. Remove the pillion seat catch plate.
6. Remove the four screws that hold the tail section in place.
7. Push the tail section upwards - this will allow enough room to remove the four screws that hold the fender assembly in place.
8. Unplug the indicators and numberplate light.
9. Transfer the indicators to the new tail tidy.
10. Crimp the new connectors to the numberplate light wires - connect them to the numberplate light side of the original plug (you will find it easier than trying to crimp them on the bike).
11. Plug the new LED light into the connectors and check that it works - if it doesn't, unplug and reverse the wires.
12. Zip tie the wires along the inside of the tail tidy using the small holes.
13. Bolt the tail tidy in place using the screws/washers supplied - if the kit is being used with a standard exhaust, place the two alum washers supplied between the L/H bracket and the sub-frame (the smaller washer towards the front the larger toward the rear of the bike.)
14. Plug the indicators in.
15. Reverse steps 6-1.
16. Check the electrics work correctly.
