All of our packages - international and domestic are dispatched using a trusted supplier where a signature is required upon delivery.
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the consignment and our standard delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail (within the UK) or Royal Mail Airmail Service for international customers. Generally in the UK you can expect to receive your parts within a 2-3 days, internationally this varies.
If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service, there is a courier service available that you can select at checkout.
Please note that international deliveries weighing over 0.65Kg have to be quoted for on an individual basis, please just email or call us and we will be pleased to help you.
If you would like special delivery methods we will of course do our best to help you. Please call us or ask us, to contact you in the appropriate box when processing your shopping cart.
If you place an order before 2pm (GMT) on Monday to Thursday all stocked goods will be dispatched the same day. If we do not have something in stock we will contact you as soon as we receive your order with the option of:
a) Keeping the order, with a definitive ship by date
or
b) Cancelling the order with an immediate refund to your credit or debit card.
Fridays the deadline for a guaranteed same day dispatch is 12pm (GMT).
Bank Holidays and weekends we will dispatch the next working day.
When your order is placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email informing you we have received your order. If you've placed your order through the SagePay payment service, we will process your order immediately, however if you would rather make payment or place your order over the phone you will still receive an automatic confirmation by email when your order is placed on our system.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a 2nd automatic notification by email.
If you have made an error in ordering you can amend your order simply by calling or emailing us before you receive notification of dispatch.
Replies to our automated email notification services are not monitored and unfortunately will not be answered.
