Due to a small increase in the numbers of items being apparently "undelivered" we are going to be posting all of our standard UK postage items through the Royal Mail "Signed for" service
This will, not only give you peace of mind , but will also enable the post office to find your parcel if it is undelivered, whilst letting us know when it has been delivered. Unfortunately there is a cost to this service, and whilst absorbing as much as we can we will have to pass on some of the cost.
We are currently looking at alternative ways to economically ship items internationally, giving the same traceability.
At Evotech Performance we seek to minimise your delivery costs whilst getting things to you as soon as possible. Our shipping charges are based on weight of consignment and our standard delivery is by 1st class Royal Mail (within the UK) or Royal Mail Airmail Service for international customers. Generally in the UK you can expect to receive your parts within a 2-3 days, internationally this varies but we have had excellent feedback that deliveries are timely by this method.
If you require a gauranteed next day delivery service, there is a courier service available at extra cost (you can select at checkout).
Please note that international deliveries weighing over 0.65Kg have to be quoted individually, please just email or call us and we will be pleased to oblige.
If you require special delivery methods we will of course do our best to facilitate this. Please just pick up the phone or ask us to contact you in the appropriate box when processing your shopping cart.
If you place an order before 2pm (UK time) on Monday to Thursday the goods will ship that day. It is rare that we do not have something in stock, but if this is the case we will get in touch with you as soon as we receive your order and give you the option of:
a) keeping the order on, with a difinitive ship by date;
b) Cancelling the order with an immediate refund to your credit or debit card.
On Fridays the cut-off time for a guaranteed same day dispatch is noon (UK time).
On Bank Holidays and weekends we will normally on the ship next working day.
As soon as your order is placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email confirming we have received your order. With credit or debit card payments, through the fully secure and renowned PROTX processing service, we will process your order straight away. If you would rather make payment or even place the complete order over the telephone, again you will receive an automatic confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed on our system.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic notification by email.
If you have made an error in ordering or have simply had a change of heart, you can ammend or cancel your order simply by calling or emailing us before you receive notification of dispatch.
Replies to our automated email notification service WILL be answered.
